LINEAR

Has anyone reported that 1999 S4 Linear is breaking up?

I took 50x20sec images this morning of LINEAR and when I combined them in
Mira AP 6 there is two mini comets. One to the west and another to the
south east. I don't have a web page but I can e-mail the FITS image to
anyone that wants to take a look.

It might be just an artifact from the combining but it looks real. ie the
stars are streaked but these mini-comets are tracking with LINEAR. Also I
don't see the mini-comets in the raw images but the moon was up and they
could be hidden in the background.

Who do I report this to?
